Ken has an eye for details and can efficiently review and prepare documents that will stand the test of time.

Ken practices primarily in the following areas:

Drafting and reviewing Agreements for sales, leases, employment, and litigation resolution. Starting, maintaining and advising corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, DBAs, and Professional Corporations. Drafting Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney and other documents necessary to Estate Plans. Efficiently evicting commercial and residential tenants. Opening, administering, and closing Probate matters. Researching and correcting Real Estate title issues. Litigation of Civil matters, including those related to Probate, Real Estate, Corporations, Adoption, and Guardianship.

Ken’s practice also includes advising and litigating Administrative law matters such as Social Security Disability Claims, Workmen’s Compensation, Wage Claims, and Employment Status.

PERSONAL

Ken is married and has six children. His hobbies include: reading, golf, racquetball, and international travel. Ken’s faith is central to his life’s focus and direction. His long term goals include getting published in both Fiction and NonFiction genres.
